Youth Workers Conference
Equip • Encourage • Connect
A dedicated gathering for youth and young adult pastors, leaders, and volunteers to be refreshed in the Word, strengthened in ministry, and united in fellowship as we labor for the next generation.
Registration is now open. Space is limited and this conference typically fills up quickly.
About the Conference
The CCA Youth Workers Conference exists to serve youth pastors, leaders, interns, and core volunteers from across the fellowship of Calvary Chapel churches.
Our heart is to provide space away from the weekly demands of ministry for you and your team to receive sound biblical instruction, share practical ministry wisdom, and build authentic connections with other leaders walking the same road.
What to Expect
Featuring seasoned leaders and speakers delivering sound biblical truth and pastoral exhortation.
To build lasting relationships with peer workers through shared meals, conversations, and intentional community.
To seek the Lord together, lifting up our ministries and interceding for the next generation.
