Journey-Women in the Word

Our fall session is quickly approaching, and we hope you’ll consider joining us as we jump back into Bible study! We’re looking forward to spending time together as we go through Ann Graham Lotz's inductive study, The Daniel Prayer - Prayer that Move Heaven and Changes Nations. We'll be meeting in the sanctuary for the six week study beginning the week of October 8, you can choose from either Monday evenings at 7 PM, or Tuesday mornings at 9:30 AM. Cost is $15 for your workbook, you can sign up online, in the church office, or at the activities table. We’re so sorry, Childcare will not be provided at this time

Marriage Night

Husbands and wives, we are starting study again, come join us Friday, October 26 at 7p.m., in the Sanctuary for an evening study and sweet fellowship. We will be sharing and discussing the issue of misunderstandings and poor communication. Childcare will be provided.

Harvest Fest

Join us for our annual Harvest Fest, Wednesday, October 31, from 5-8 p.m. Invite your friends and neighbors to this fun-filled alternative to Halloween for your children. Costumes are welcomed, but we ask that no occultic or evil attire be worn.

Harvest Fest Candy Donations
Help us reach our goal of 4,000 pounds of individually wrapped candy for this year’s Harvest Fest! Candy can be dropped off on Sundays or by contacting the church office during office hours.

Harvest Fest Volunteers
We are looking for those who can help with various aspects of running booths, parking lot/security and tearing down at the upcoming Harvest Fest. You can sign up and get more information at the Activities Table on Sundays, online, or by contacting the church office during office hours.

Men's Retreat

Guys, you are invited to join your brothers in Christ for a weekend of great worship, powerful teaching, and heart-warming fellowship. We’re going up to Twin Peaks the weekend of November 2-4.  

The theme for the retreat is “Revive Us Again” taken from Psalm 85. Our special guest speaker is Tony Clark, the dynamic senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Newport News, Virginia. Young Adult Guy's Fishing Trip

Young Adult Guys! (ages 18-28) Come enjoy a fun relaxing day of fishing, on Saturday, November 10, at 6 a.m. We will be meeting at the church and then carpooling to Halo Resorts Fisherman’s Retreat. The cost is $27 for entrance, fishing and lunch; or $16 for entrance and lunch only.  

If you plan on fishing you will need to bring your own pole, hooks, bait etc. You don’t want to miss this day of fishing and fellowship with just the guys. You can sign up online or at the Activites Table on Sundays.
